Review by hotel critic
My visit to the hotel was primarily for relaxation and rejuvenation. I appreciated the stunning view of Śnieżka upon waking, which greatly enhanced my experience. The spa and wellness centre was particularly impressive; the massage I received was exceptional and left me feeling revitalized. The staff were exceedingly courteous, especially those at the restaurant and spa. While the room was comfortable and modern, the bathroom could benefit from some renovation. Breakfast offered a decent selection, although I had hoped for a bit more variety.
